     RESORT POLICIES

     For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following policies are in effect:

• Please do not feed the seagulls from your guestroom balcony or anywhere on our resort property. Guests who do not adhere to this policy will be asked to leave the premises.
  
• No smoking when standing, sitting or while submerged in swimming pool.
  
• Please use the designated smoking areas provided. This rule is in accordance with the Galveston County Health Department.
  
• Please no wet swimsuits in the lobby or on hotel furniture.
  
• For your safety, please keep balcony door in your guestroom closed at all times. Leaving door open may result in condensation and slippery floors.
  
• Ice chests are permitted in guestrooms only if required for special medical or dietary needs.
  
• The Kemah Boardwalk enforces a "no pet" policy. Please contact Guest Services for information on local kennels for boarding pets.
  
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve, check-in and occupy a guestroom. Any guests under 21 must have adult supervision.
  
• In accordance with resort policy, no more than two adult guests may occupy a king-bedded guestroom and no more than four adult guests may occupy a double-bedded guestroom.
  
• No food or beverage may be brought in from outside vendors.
  
• Bicycles, surfboards, etc. should remain with your vehicle and not be brought inside the hotel. Rollerblading is not permitted anywhere on the property.
  
• Please do not drape towels or belongings on the balcony.
  
• For the safety of all resort guests, please refrain from throwing or dropping objects off of the guestroom balcony.
